Cat is a metal sculpture artist, facilitator, and passionate experimenter in support of collective wellness and joy. She is co-founder of Sleepawake Camp and leads women’s circles that weave meditation, movement, and connection. She lives in Forest Grove, OR with her husband and two boys. She loves inspired creation, playing with her children, pole vaulting, and listening deeply to the ever-altering symphony of this experience.
